H.O.P.E.
Princess Project
Every teen should attend prom in style!
H.O.P.E.'s Princess Project consists of over 300 dresses,
which we lend out to local students currently attending an area high school, at no charge! *
We also have a limited number
of suit jackets and tuxes as well.
Appointments take place during prom season,
beginning April 19th thru May.
*The program is closed for 2024, see you next year!*
During the 2024 prom season, we were able to help
22 students from 3 area schools
(Lyndon Institute, St. Johnsbury Academy, Littleton High School and several homeschooled students) attend prom.
Items lent out:
-14 dresses
-8 tuxes
-7 accessories
(ties, purses, shoes, etc.)
*Please read our updated Princess Project Policies before making an appointment
***Please note, all clothing is previously loved. We ask that any dress/tux that is borrowed be returned within 1 week of Prom in the same condition it was borrowed in. If a dress/tux is returned dirty, stained, or with odors, you will be required to have the dress dry-cleaned or pay a $ 20 cleaning fee. Any items that are not returned will be charged a fee, pre-determined and agreed upon during the consultation.
